Yellowstone Rancher’s Revenge Ghost Pepper
Elijah's Xtreme
No ratings yet
Rancher’s Revenge is not here to play nice. This Yellowstone x Elijah’s Xtreme collab comes loaded with ghost pepper fire, habanero heat, and a tangy shot of passion fruit to keep things interesting. Fiery, flavourful, and definitely not for the faint of tongue. If your idea of fun involves sweating through your hat—this one’s for you.
Bourbon Blueberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Elijah's Xtreme
No ratings yet
Blueberries in a barbecue sauce sound reckless. Bourbon makes it respectable. Chipotle keeps it honest. Elijah’s Xtreme have produced something rather clever here — a deep tomato base lifted by dark berries and molasses sweetness, then dragged gently through smoke and adobo heat. It’s rich without being syrupy, sweet without being cloying, and the bourbon note lingers like a well-timed after-dinner speech. Brush this over ribs in the final minutes and watch it lacquer beautifully. Fold it into pulled pork and pretend you’ve been slow-cooking since dawn. Even a burger becomes a more serious affair with a generous spoonful. This isn’t your garden-centre barbecue sauce. It’s for those who like their sweetness with a backbone. Approved for smoky mischief.
Hott Roasted Pineapple and Yellow Fatalii Sauce
No ratings yet
This one starts off all sunshine and tropical charm before the Fatalii chillies arrive carrying a flaming chair and bad intentions. The roasted pineapple gives it a deep caramelised sweetness rather than that sharp artificial fruitiness lesser sauces hide behind. Then the lime and ginger sweep through to brighten everything up before the heat properly takes hold. And it does take hold. Not instantly. Oh no. This one stalks you. I have been recklessly pouring it over jerk chicken, grilled prawns and pork tacos. It also turns a dull cheese toastie into something worth writing home about. Splendid stuff for those who like their fruit sauces with genuine bite rather than nursery-level warmth.

Pain 100% is jam-packed with fiery habanero peppers and topped-off with a dash of capsaicin extract just to raise the bar to that face-melting level that is guaranteed to get the old endorphins coursing through your bloodstream. The rich tomato base works brilliantly as an addition to chilli con carne, as well as taking those boring, bland classics such as cottage pie, lasagne and spag bol to a new dimension. Top tip. Don’t eat anything that doesn’t contain fire, it’s ultimately going to prove a disappointment. Give 100% in all you do. Consume 100% in all you eat.

Amarillo Habanero Hot Mustard Sauce
Melinda’s
No ratings yet
Mustard is generally a fairly sensible condiment. Habanero has never shown much interest in being sensible. Melinda’s Amarillo brings the two together rather effectively. You get the sharp bite you’d expect from mustard, followed by a fruity habanero kick that hangs around just long enough to make its point. Onion and vinegar keep everything bright, while turmeric gives the sauce its striking yellow appearance. I particularly like this with sausages and burgers, where the mustard side makes perfect sense. It also has considerable potential in sandwiches, soup and even on cheese on toast.
Ground Zero
Da Bomb
No ratings yet
For many years, I’ve eaten hot sauce. For just as long, I’ve heard brands claim theirs is the hottest. Some deserved the boast. Others were merely optimistic. Then along came Da’ Bomb Ground Zero. Look at the thing. It sits there in its tiny medicine bottle, looking almost respectable. Almost. Do not be fooled. I’ve tried plenty of vicious sauces over the years. This one ranks among the nastiest I’ve encountered. One taste delivers an immediate, aggressive blast of heat that refuses to be ignored. The bottle states 321,900 Scoville Units. I can’t personally verify that figure, but I can tell you how it feels. Bloody hot. Habanero, pineapple and pepper extract give Ground Zero its formidable punch. There’s also some sweetness and tang underneath the fire, although your tongue may need a moment to notice. This is not an everyday drizzle. Treat it with considerable respect. Start with one drop and see how you fare. And for heaven’s sake, don’t let Leo anywhere near the bottle with a tablespoon.
