Heimari Kokaklubi is a small batch brand whose products don’t just attack with their heat – they take you on a taste journey where passion, the art of cooking and perfect balance meet. The chillies are grown and fermented in Estonia. White Ghost is the result of a long process of product development to produce a white coloured sauce. Agar-agar clarification process is used, after which the chillies are fermented with coconut and radish. A funky flavour you have to try for yourself! 🥥
