Made using a base of only things that could be found in middle earth, namely beets, beer and herbs this tangy yet savoury sauce is perfect for cutting through the fatty elements of your day's second meal. Goes great with: Sausages, bacon, black pudding, hash browns, mushrooms. Base: Sweet beets and beer. Character: Tangy malt and herbaceous with tarragon. Available in 250ml glass bottle.
