This Laurent Dagenais x Heartbeat Salsa Verde hot sauce is a collaboration between 2 Canadian icons. One from the (online) chef world and the other from the hot sauce business. The hot sauce is a tribute to the video that made Laurent Dagenais famous, which was a steak taco recipe with a salsa verde. The sauce is made with three different peppers (Jalapeño, Serrano & Poblano), pineapple, tomatillo, spring onion and loads of other delicious ingredients. It creates a lovely tangy, savory and medium spicy hot sauce with a fruity edge. Super tasty with steak tacos of course, but also with fish, grilled vegetables, an egg and so much more.
