It’s lively rather than brutal, making it an easy bottle to reach for when you want a little more pep without losing sight of what you’re actually eating. Excellent with tacos, fajitas and nachos, naturally. I’d also happily put it on burgers, sandwiches, eggs or grilled meats. Mix it through guacamole or a dip when you want the jalapeño to do the talking. A thoroughly useful bottle to have lurking in the fridge. Even I occasionally appreciate restraint.
