Fire is made with tomatoes, red onion and garlic, along with fennel, balsamic vinegar and a good amount of Naga! A great everyday hot sauce. Ideally suited to rich Mediterranean cuisine, this sauce is delicious when accompanying cheese boards, olives or pasta dishes. It's also great drizzled on salads or dripped into soups. Use it to perk up a chilli con/sin carne or bolognese, but just as happy as a side accompaniment to your favourite dish.
