Great Taste 2017 award winning sauce. We traveled to Thailand to learn how to make this sauce. We were taught by a Thai chef, she explained the tastes and flavours and spices that the Thai people like, enjoy and use on a daily basis. We bought this recipe back here to the UK so you to can enjoy the real Thailand. The Chillies we use are grown in Thailand and imported for us, this makes the sauce all the more authentic.
