Karma Holé Molé Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
This Karma Holé Molé Hot Sauce is loosely inspired by traditional Mexican mole and is made with 100% dark Mexican chocolate. This is combined with fresh Habanero, Guajillo & Ancho peppers and a selection of sweet, dark fruits such as blackcurrant, fig, mulberry and plum. The result is a hot sauce with a very light acidity, but in terms of flavor it is mainly savoury and sweet with a medium burn. Holy moly what a good sauce and one of our favorites straight away! As you could expect, it is delicious with Mexican dishes such as carnitas, but also a pan of chili or a stew will be next level with this stuff.
Piko Peppers Berry UQAM Hot Sauce
No ratings yet
Piko Peppers Berry UQAM hot sauce can rightly be called unique. Sour berries are combined with Habaneros and Cayenne peppers. This results in a spicy fruit bomb with sour notes. Maple syrup and cane sugar provide a sweet touch, so it doesn’t just get sour & hot. Despite the specific qualities, it’s really a well-balanced hot sauce that pairs very well with salmon or poultry on the grill, seafood, pancakes and (goat) cheese. You must try this one!

This makes it an incredibly versatile condiment that you could easily swap for your regular honey. Especially on pizza and fried chicken (combined with a waffle for the perfect combo) it’s a perfect pairing.
