This delicious vegan Worcestershire Sauce has all the tart umami flavours of traditional Worcestershire sauce but is entirely fish-free. Its smell and taste are identical to the original Worcestershire sauce, but it combines fermented shitake mushrooms and seaweed instead of the traditional anchovies to mimic the flavours.
