Pizza Hot Sauce Ranch

Someone has finally put hot sauce and ranch in the same bottle. I have some questions. Mostly about why nobody did it sooner. The cayenne brings the chilli, while the creamy ranch-style base takes the sharp edges off. Garlic, onion and black pepper give it plenty of savoury character, so it doesn’t disappear beneath a mountain of cheese. Pizza is the obvious target. Pepperoni, chicken, veggie, four cheese — I’m not here to police your toppings. But don’t stop there. Wings, sandwiches, salads, fries and anything that could benefit from a creamy chilli dressing are all fair game. It’s hot sauce with a second personality. Rather good, actually.
