Based in New York and produced in Italy with care, Stuzzi combines tradition and craft in every bottle. Only three ingredients: chilies, distilled vinegar, and salt, and nothing else. No preservatives, sweeteners, artificial colors, or thickeners. Stuzzi’s depth comes from careful technique: Calabrian peppers slowly dried in the shade for 1–2 months to preserve delicate earthiness, and fresh cayenne peppers fermented to add a subtle umami richness with a bright, lively note. The result is heat with dimension, complex, layered, and nuanced. Try it with: Brush over grilled meats or roasted vegetables. Drizzle over seafood or fold into a silky pasta with butter and lemon.
