Claire Georges started Butterfly Bakery as, well, a bakery before a surplus of local Vermont jalapenos catapulted her into the spice life. Hot House Sauce brings Claire’s produce-first ethos to life with a unique blend of serrano, habanero, Carolina Reaper, ghost, and carmen peppers. Herbs and spices take this hot house pickle-y sauce to the next level. It’s dilly, deadly spicy and delicious on sandwiches, barbecued meats, grilled cheese and more.
