TABASCO® has put its own stamp on Sriracha, and the result is rather different from the little red bottle you might already have in your cupboard. Red jalapeños bring a gentle chilli warmth, with sugar giving it a softer sweetness than the Original TABASCO®. Garlic adds a savoury finish, while a little of the classic pepper sauce keeps that familiar TABASCO® tang in the background. It’s an easy one to use generously. Drizzle it over eggs, noodles, rice, burgers or fried chicken, or mix it with melted butter and you’ve got a rather handy glaze for wings and grilled food. Not every bottle needs to make you sweat. Sometimes you just need one that makes you reach for it again.
