Fil Shatta Verde Hot Sauce is a mildly spicy Jalapeño sauce, almost a dressing, inspired by the Palestinian tatbeeleh. The base is a Jalapeño shatta brine, enriched with top-quality Fairtrade Palestinian extra virgin olive oil. Fresh and punchy the moment you open the bottle, with a bright citrus note and a gorgeous herby finish. The coriander, parsley, black & white pepper really shine through beautifully. Shatta Verde is a fresh, green take on Palestinian Shatta.
