A fantastic raw habanero mash is cooked with a hefty percentage of ginger and carrot. No onion nor garlic in this as it seems to be asked for more and more, we adapted this sauce with those in mind. Its only 6 ingredients keeping it as pure as possible. An everyday sauce that can be used with strong cheeses, sandwiches and soups, but awesome on grilled prawns and ideal with charred halloumi.
